What a reviewer can and cannot do

This is the reference for Review a survey as a client.

What you can do

Conversations the sender shares with you

The sender can share one of its own conversations with you, about a file, a feature or a drawn object of your review.

  • It is listed with yours, marked Shared by \<organisation>, and you reply the same way.
  • It shows the messages the sender chose: every message in it, or only those written once it was shared.
  • When someone at the sender names you, or the team your organisation connected to it, your bell says so and opens this page. The conversation shows the team as @team.
  • If the sender stops sharing it, it leaves this page.

Who can be invited

The sender chooses you from a team your organisation connected to it, so you can be invited only while you are on that team, and the review ends if you leave it.

What you cannot do

You cannot change, remove, publish or share anything, or open any other project of the sender. Your comments and files are kept in the sender's account as its records, and its audit trail names your organisation, not you.

When the sender sends updates

The copy you review does not change while you look at it. When the sender has changed the files, it may share an updated copy and send you a new link; the earlier review becomes history.
