See a project's activity

Who can do this

Anyone who can open the project. Every plan.

Open in GISweaver

A project's Activity tab lists what has happened on it, newest first: a file added or deleted, a release published, a share, a client's access given or ended, a change to its details.

  1. Open Projects and choose the project.

    Its page opens.

  2. Select the Activity tab, under the project's state. (On a phone, it is under More.)

The tab lists the project's entries, newest first, with a heading for each day.

  3. Scroll to the foot of the list when the project has a long history.

Older entries load. Each entry says who did what, and when.

  4. Owners, Admins and Auditors: select the ⋯ button on an entry, then Open in the audit trail.

The audit trail opens on that entry.

If something goes wrong

  • Nothing recorded yet. Nothing has happened to the project that is recorded.
  • A change you are looking for is not there. A change to the organisation itself, such as its billing details or a colleague invited, is never on a project's tab. Owners, administrators and auditors read Newest first. Organisation changes, such as billing, are in the audit trail. with audit trail as a link.
