Download the originals in a review

Who can do this

The person the organisation invited, when the invitation lets them download originals. Every plan.

Download the original files of a review, when the sender allowed original downloads.

1. Open the review. See Review a survey as a client. The review opens.
2. Scroll to Files in this review copy. Each file the sender allowed has Download original beside it.
3. Select Download original beside a file. The file downloads.

Export the exact measurements

1. Scroll to Survey files. It offers DXF, GeoJSON and CSV.
2. Choose one of DXF, GeoJSON or CSV. The export downloads.

What happens next

A file reaches you only once it has been checked; one that does not pass is marked with the reason. For the same idea on a share, see Download original files when allowed.

If something goes wrong

• Original downloads were not included in this review. The sender did not allow them. Ask the sender.
• A file is marked with a reason instead of a download: it did not pass the check. Ask the sender.
