Plans¶
GISweaver's plans are a ladder of small steps sized by storage and by people. The plans on sale and their prices change over time and differ by market, so this page does not list them.

Why this is so
A plan is priced by what an organisation keeps and how many people work in it, because those are what cost the most to hold. Each step raises the per-file size, the storage, the people and the branches together, so an organisation moves up when its work grows rather than when it wants one feature. The pricing page says, for your market, whether tax is included in a price.
How a plan is named¶
Everywhere a plan is named — the plans page, the usage card, an upgrade prompt, an invoice, an email — it reads as its name with its two headline numbers, and the per-file cap on a second line:
Plan name · storage · people Files up to a size each
The storage figure is the total your organisation may hold; the people figure is how many members it may have, counting invitations that are still open.
What a limit does¶
Every figure on a plan is a ceiling on what your organisation can add. Reaching one stops the next addition of that kind and says which plan would take it; it never removes anything you already hold.
| Limit | What it stops | Refills |
|---|---|---|
| People | The invitation that would exceed the plan's people is refused. | Does not refill: it is the total you hold |
| Branches | The addition that would exceed the figure is refused. | Does not refill: it is the total you hold |
| New projects a month | The addition that would exceed the figure is refused. The refusal says the date. | The first day of the next calendar month |
The limit for one file, uploads a month and storage, and what each stops and when it refills, are set out once, under Other limits on a file.
There is no limit on files per project, and no plan limits downloads or exports. Survey exports have one fixed ceiling for every organisation; see Supported files and limits.
The free plan your organisation keeps¶
Your free plan keeps the limits it had when you signed up. When GISweaver publishes a newer free plan, new organisations sign up on it and yours does not change.
A free plan may stop appearing on Pricing once it is no longer offered to new organisations. That takes nothing from an organisation that holds it: its limits stay as they were.
When a Beta plan, a trial or a paid plan ends¶
A Beta plan, a trial and a paid plan each last for a period. When one ends, or when you cancel a paid plan, your organisation returns to the free plan it holds at the end of the period. Billing → Plan and usage always shows the plan applied to your organisation now.
A paid plan that ends, whether you cancel it or it is not paid, also leaves the organisation Frozen after a short courtesy period; a trial never freezes. See Our organisation shows Frozen. Is our data gone?.
If your organisation holds more than the free plan allows when it returns, everything it holds stays. Nothing is deleted because a plan ended, and your organisation can add more once it moves up to a plan with room.
Organisations on an earlier plan¶
Plans no longer on sale are not on the plans page. An organisation subscribed to one keeps it on the terms it bought, may renew it while its subscription is live, and is shown its plan the same way — name, storage and people.
