Who can do what with teams¶
| Can do it | |
|---|---|
| See the list of teams and open a team | Everyone in the organisation |
| See who is on a team | The people on it, and anyone who can read the list of people |
| Make a team, name or remove its maintainers, archive it or restore it | The Owner, an Admin or an Access administrator. On a plan without roles, only the Owner |
| Rename a team, put people on it and take them off | A maintainer of that team. If the team has no maintainer, the Owner and the Admins |
| Leave a team | Any person on it |
Everyone in the organisation has People and clients in the Console menu and can open the Teams list. A colleague whose role does not read the list of people opens People straight onto the teams, without the People tab. When a colleague puts you on a team, your bell says who added you, and choosing it opens the team.
To do any of these, see Teams and Connect a team to a firm.
