Access list columns

This is the Other organisations table of a project's Access tab. To read it step by step, see Who can see a project.

The four kinds

Kind What it is
Shared Another organisation on GISweaver reads one published release, with the layers and map tools you chose, until the day you chose. See Share a release with another organisation.
Reviewing a release A client organisation reads one published release with the permissions you gave it. See Give a client organisation access.
Reviewing the draft A person at your client reviews a copy of your working files (shown as Review copy of the draft).
Delivered A client organisation can download one published release for the period you set. See Deliver a release to another organisation.

Connected beside an organisation's name means it is one of your clients that has linked its own GISweaver organisation to your client record.

Permission and period

The Permission column reads View, View and download or View, download and upload. A client's access lists what it allows in full, with how many files or map layers it covers. The Period says from when and until when.
