Download original files from a review

Who can do this

The person who was invited to the review. Every plan, including the free plan.

A review copy can be looked at on the map; the original files can be downloaded only where the sender included downloads in your invitation.

1. Open the review link the sender gave you. The review opens on the map.
2. Find Files in this review copy. The list shows each file.
3. Select Download original beside the file. The browser saves the file.
4. Save the files where your organisation keeps its records.

What happens next

The browser saves the file.

If something goes wrong

• Original downloads were not included in this review. The invitation does not include downloads. Ask the sender to invite you again with downloads.
• A file is held back by the malware check: see what each message means.
